Block Management

We provide a full management service for residential blocks of flats our typical charges are £110 per unit but can vary from flat to flat depending on the size. If you are a Freeholder or Residents Association and would like further information please contact us on 023 92 752129.

Tenant Find Service

After an initial rental assessment we will advertise your property in the local paper on our website and in our office. We will show potential tenants around your property, obtain references and credit checks to make sure you find a suitable tenant.  We will draw up the tenancy agreement and inventory if required (please note there is an additional £75.00 fee for this) We will collect the first months rent and deposit which we will pass over to yourselves.  After your tenants have moved in they will then deal with you direct. For this service we charge 50 % of one months rent.

Full Management Service

This service includes:

• Rental assessment
• All marketing and advertising including the local paper, our website and in our office.
• Accompanied viewings
• Full referencing and credit checks
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and service of all legal Notices during tenancy
• Inventory if required
• We will pay your rent into your bank account via BACS and you will recieve a rent receipt
• We will carry out property inspections every three months (or more if required) We can arrange for estimates for repairs to be done and oversee any works carried out
• We will arrange tenancy renewals and rent increases where appropriate.

Fees for this service are 12.5 % for the first year and each subsequent year will be at 14 %, for more information please contact us on 02392 752129
